ProdPhoto ("we", "the service") turns product photos you upload into studio, lifestyle, and catalog variants using third-party AI models, and lets you compose infographics, refine outputs, and export marketplace-ready files. By creating an account or using any feature you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and capable of entering a binding agreement. You're responsible for safeguarding access to your email — anyone with that inbox can sign in via magic-link. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or to providers we depend on.
Generations are produced by machine-learning models we don't control. They may contain visual artifacts, drift from the original product, hallucinated text, incorrect colors, or stylistic choices you didn't intend. We pre-process every upload and post-process every output, but neither pipeline guarantees a fit-for-purpose result. You're solely responsible for reviewing every image before publishing it anywhere — especially as a product main-image on a marketplace.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you publish to (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, others) — including their main-image composition rules, AI-generated-content disclosure requirements, and accurate-representation policies. ProdPhoto provides the tools; compliance with each marketplace's rules is on you.
You agree not to use the service to generate or upload: sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive deepfakes of identifiable real people without their consent; content that infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity; counterfeit branding; weapons or violence-glorifying content; or anything that violates applicable law. We run automated safety classifiers on every input and output and reserve the right to refuse, block, or remove any generation, suspend offending accounts, and report unlawful content to authorities.
The service runs on a credit ledger: each generation, edit, video, or export consumes a fixed number of credits. Failed generations and provider errors are automatically refunded to your balance. Successful generations consume credits non-refundably — review your prompt and seed before clicking Generate. Credit top-up packs do not expire while your account is active. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record; their checkout terms and tax handling apply at the point of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in account settings — access continues until the paid period ends.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the generations produced from them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit through the AI providers required to fulfil the request, store, and display these images back to you for as long as your account is active. We do NOT use your uploads or generations to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with third parties beyond the providers necessary to operate the service. If you publish a project to the public Community gallery, you additionally grant other users a license to view and like it; you can unpublish at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or marketplace listing rejections. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach with or without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction; disputes are resolved in its competent courts. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect — continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
